development manager we source clients & projects suited to your business
plan. Kincorp services can either be added to your current way of finding work
or we can be your major source for finding work it's your choice.
As Kincorp presents projects to you, you can pick & choose which projects
you wish to tender on.
Kincorp saves the Builder time & money by promoting the Builder to clients,
meeting with clients to discuss projects, obtaining selection on tender lists,
tendering & construction strategies all at no cost to the builder unless
you are the successful tenderer for the project.
Business Development Procedure:

Builder registers their details with
Kincorp.

Builder & Kincorp meet
& discuss Builders preferred projects & to engage
Kincorp as their business development manager on selected
projects.

Kincorp promotes the
Builder to Architects, Project Managers &
Developers.

Kincorp presents projects
for the builder to choose from.

Upon Builder choosing
projects, Kincorp to obtain selection on the tender
list.

Once the Builder has been
selected to tender Kincorp & Builder agree a fee for
Business Development Services prior to Builder tendering the
project.

Tender documents &
plans are then sent out to the Builder.

Kincorp & Builder
review & discuss tender issues & requirements, site
conditions, design, cost savings, value adding, work methods
& any other items relating to the
project.

Kincorp & Builder to
review the Builders tender proposal. Kincorp to follow up
with the client after the tender proposal
lodgement.

Kincorp assists the
Builder with negotiations between the Builder & the
client.

Kincorp to assist the
Builder with building contract terms & conditions if
required.

Builder signs a building
contract with the client.
