Over 50 Builders have engaged Kincorp NSW P/L as their Business Development Manager. This allows clients the availability of any number of builders to tender their project. The advantage of the pool of Builders is there is always 4 or 5 Builders looking to tender projects at any time. This provides for competitive tendering from each of the Builders.

There is no cost to the client for Kincorp to provide Builders to tender their project. Clients receive a detail background with referee's names contact numbers & company profile on each of the Builders for the client's consideration.

Request for Expression of Interest from Builders

Step 1
Client to notify Kincorp of projects at any of the following stages:

  • Concept
  • Development Application
  • Development Approval or
  • Construction Certificate

Step 2
Upon receipt of project, Kincorp will forward an expression of interest (EOI) from Builders who wish to be considered to tender the project.

Attached to the EOI is a copy of each Builder's company profile for the Client's consideration.

Step 3
Client to inform Kincorp of which Builders have been selected to tender the project.

Step 4
Client to issue tender documents to Builders or contact Kincorp when tender documents are ready for issue to the Builders presented by Kincorp.

Step 5
Tender Period - Client and Builder/Kincorp to review and discuss tender requirements, site conditions (below ground, above ground & adjacent to site), design, cost savings, value adding, work methods, & any other items relating to the project.

Step 6
The tender price/proposal to be completed with the time allocated & forwarded to the person noted in the tender documents for their review.

Step 7
Client & the preferred Builder(s) to meet to review the Builder's tender proposal & discuss draft contract conditions.

Step 8
Finalise details from Steps 5, 6 & 7 with the Client and Builder, who then enter into a contract for the project.
